Band Manager Pro (“the Plugin”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle data when you connect your Facebook account or Page through the Band Manager Pro WordPress plugin.
1. Information We Collect
When you connect your Facebook Page to Band Manager Pro, Facebook shares certain information with the Plugin through the Meta (Facebook) Graph API, such as:

Your Facebook Page name and ID

Page access token (used to post events on your behalf)

Basic public profile information of the authorized user (name and email, as provided by Facebook)
Band Manager Pro does not collect, sell, or share any personal information beyond what is necessary to connect and manage your Facebook Page events.
2. How We Use Your Information
The data received from Facebook is used solely for the following purposes:

To create, update, or delete Facebook Events automatically for confirmed bookings

To verify and maintain your Page connection

To display event links and sync statuses in your Band Manager Pro dashboard
We do not use this data for advertising, analytics, or tracking of any kind.
3. Data Storage & Security

Access tokens and Page IDs are stored securely in your WordPress database using standard encryption practices.

No data is sent to or stored on external servers controlled by Band Manager Pro’s developer.

Only WordPress administrators with the appropriate permissions can view or modify your Page connection.
4. Data Retention
Your Facebook Page data is stored only while your Page is connected to the plugin.
If you disconnect your Page or uninstall the plugin, all associated access tokens and connection data are automatically deleted.
5. Data Deletion Requests
You can delete your data at any time by:

Disconnecting your Facebook Page within the plugin’s settings, or

Contacting us at dkculture@gmail.com with the subject line “Facebook Data Deletion Request.”
Upon request, we will permanently remove all stored Facebook-related data from our systems within 48 hours.
6. Sharing and Disclosure
We do not share your data with any third parties. The only data exchanged is between your WordPress site and Facebook via secure Graph API connections.
7. Updates to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect new features or legal requirements. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.
